Klaach Together Program

Klaatch's "Together" is a transformative peer-to-peer program, designed to combat the isolating effects of loneliness among older adults and strengthens ties between neighbors. Led by volunteer or staff coaches from the community and trained by Klaatch, this 12-week experience offers a unique platform for participants to feel seen and heard, and to forge meaningful connections. Through guided conversations and shared experiences, participants rediscover the joy of social interaction, while gaining confidence and acquiring the tools to forge connections long-term.

Klaach Onboarding Program

Addressing a critical need within senior living communities, Klaatch Onboarding program is designed to seamlessly integrate new residents/members into the heart of the community. This 4-session initiative focuses on cultivating intentional neighboring and strengthening community bonds. By sharing the community's culture and ethos, the program aims to foster both active engagement and participation, making it easier for older adults to connect with their neighbors. This program not only welcomes new members, but also lays the foundation for lasting connections and a stronger, more interconnected community.
